Help wanted.....looking for summer in Montreal

God, our weather sucks so far this summer. I was driving on Highway 13 today in the pouring rain and there were hail stones banging off my car. So far this is the worst summer I can remember. The flights for Cuba and Mexico are booking up like nobody's business, July used to be considered the off season. I'm starting to wish it was October when we go for a week to the Caymans.

How's your weather?

Savage Chickens rock. And I bet the weather sucks in Cuba too. This weather is killing my balcony garden of tomatoes and green peppers!

I've plucked a whopping total of 5 ripe cherry tomatoes so far. The annuals however have never looked happier.

You guys have to move to the west coast. Rarely ever gets below zero in the winter. And palm trees trees (one type) grow here.

I would move to LA in a heartbeat, my sister and nephews are there. Vancouver is a wee bit too rainy for my liking, too much like British weather.

Moey, I've come across a Russian hockey blog that has a dialogue between you, me, and Christopher. I'm at work now so I have no idea what it's about, except that Kovalev is involved. When I get home, I'll send you the link, and translation from my wife.

Dennis,

That's pretty cool, I wonder what we were saying? I'm anxious to see it. Thanks!

I've spent the last month in Tunisia and Lebanon, and cold and rainy sounds pretty fantastic to me.

redbaron,

I'll switch places with you in a second. Hot and dry sounds good to me.

This might work. It's about Kovalev. They've borrowed my story I wrote a few days back about Kovalev and his agent who took his time about a new offer. Then they used yours, mine, and Christopher's comments. Let me know if the link works properly.

Moey, they just used my story about Kovalev's agent taking his time, then added our comments.
Here's the link. Let me know if it doesn't work.

Thanks Dennis, the link works. I used Google translate to see what comments they used. I guess we should be flattered they're tapping into some of the great Canadian hockey minds. I wonder if Kovalev read it? :)
