Hallelujah!
I love this rendition of Leonard Cohen's song Hallelujah. The first time I heard it was in a scene from "The West Wing", which before it was cancelled was Mr. & Mrs. Moey's favorite show. Sadly, Jeff Buckley accidentally drowned when he was just 30 years of age.
However, the real reason behind this post is - we finally have water in our swimming pool. Hallelujah.
LOVE Cohen. He's such a poetical genius. This is a great song.
Re your comment on my blog, my header is a detail from Romaine Brooks' self portrait, 1923. She's my current muse. The cute cigar smoking gals are from Google images. I couldn't trace the photographer. Aren't they great? LOVE the attitude.
I did a series of posts some time back about Johnny Depp and how we both have Cherokee great-great grandmothers, as well as Irish and German blood. I like to think we're distant cousins.

@moeman,
An old boss of mine did that one time when he was over for a BBQ with the Mrs. He didn't bring a bathing suit and decided he didn't need one. Oy.
Great photo too!!
